Hey there! Sorry for replaying a little late :-/ did you know that people on the computers viewing the question might not be able to see the picture that you linked? anyways, the order of operations is: PEMDAS so for your question, we should multiply 2/5 and 4/9 first

that should get us 4 • 2 = 8 and 5 • 9 = 45 so (2/5) • (4/9) = (8/45)

then we should add the fractions left to right (19/24) + (21/10) = ? [remember that you need a common denominator] then add (8/45) to that and that should get you to the answer :) Sorry again for the late reply and I hope I was able to help!
