Which function below has the smallest slope?
f(x)
f(x) = 5x − 4
h(x)
x h(x)
1 14
4 15
7 16
Multiple choice:

I dont understand what its asking me to do?
jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):
compare the slopes of each equation
so for example
f(x) has a slope of 5
because it is in the slope intercept form where m = slope
jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):
for g(x)
[which I assume is the graph]
you would pick two points on the graph
(0, 1) and (1, 3)
and find the slope between them

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):
for h(x)
you would make two points from the table
(1, 14) and (4, 15)
and find the slope between those
jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):
then the one with the smallest slope would be your answer :)
