OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is the wroksheet

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

go through each cell individually, and multiply the number in the corresponding row and column

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

for example, for the first cell (6), you would multiply (-3) and (2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i have no idea what you mean

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh i get it so if they dont match up they are wrong right?

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

yeah

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

since (3)*(-2) does not equal 6, shade in the 6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh so i have to do it both wyas?

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

yeah

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

for the next one, (-12), we would multiply (-4) and (-3). since (-4)*(-3) does not equal -12, shade in -12

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

and so on, until you find all 42 mistakes.

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

yeah, sure

Ok. You need to know your multiplication tables. Also any time you multiply a negative number by a positive number you know that number will be negative. And a negative X a negative will be positive answer So knowing that you will want to look at the numbers on the right going down & multiply it by the number on the top to see if what they have is correct. Let's look at the first one: -3 X 2 (that's a negative X a positive-answer will be negative) -3X2 = -6 so the 6 they have is wrong.
