Star Wars and Star Trek
Two very popular series in books, movies, toys, collectibles, and TV shows have spread like a satisfying disease through most of the world. Both sci-fi galactic stories are of war and peace, love and hate, the greater good vs evil, darkness vs the light. The first film of Star Wars was written by George Lucas and released in 1977 by 20th Century Fox; the film was later titled Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. Star Wars story line is mainly based on the good fighting against the bad, to keep safety across the galaxy. The first Star Trek franchise is Star Trek’s original television series created by Gene Roddenberry and produced 3 series from 1966 to 1969. The Original series of Star Trek is about crew and there many adventures aboard a star ship called the USS Enterprise. Although Star Wars and Star Trek are sci-fi galactic stories, there stories are different.
The story of Star Wars is based around a power that holds the galaxy together and gives life to the living; this power is called the Force. Some people are gifted with the power of the Force. But these people became divided, Jedi and Sith. The Jedi only use their power to help the weak and lame. They believe that all life has meaning. The Sith are known for being masters of deception, they feed on anger, revenge, and rage to gain more power. They believe that only the strong should live and the week should worship the strong or die.
The main story of Star Trek is about a crew and there many adventures aboard a star ship called USS Enterprise, there mission is to go where no human has gone before. The crew is a part of alliance Federation of planets. The Federation is a force of seemingly good, however good could be defined. They protect innocent planets and try to keep peace in the universe. Meanwhile the Klingon is a race of warriors bred from birth to kill all who are considered inferior and strongly believe in the survival of the fittest.
Like the Jedi, the Alliance is what you would consider as the good guys. But, although the Alliance is supposedly good, they do make wrong decisions. Unlike the Alliance, the Jedi only choose to do the right thing. And much like the Sith, the Klingon are evil beans that believe that only the strong survive. At first the Klingon were great Allies with the Federation of planets. It wasn’t until in the 1990’s series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine the Federation went into war with the Klingon.
These two franchises have been running for more than 30 years, and proving to last much longer. Although Star Trek and Star Wars are both sci-fi galactic stories you will find them both different, and in their own way exiting and interesting.

It does say "sith" is spelled wrong is that what you want? if so then everything else seems to be ok. ^_^

One sentence that might be graded (depending on the teacher) is a run-on.
Both sci-fi galactic stories are of war and peace, love and hate, the greater good vs evil, darkness vs the light.

You could put and in the sentence to close the list. EX:

Both sci-fi galactic stories are of war and peace, love and hate, the greater good vs evil, [and] darkness vs the light.
