It would be water vapor. Relative Humidity is the amount of water vapor present in air expressed as a percentage of the amount needed for saturation at the same temperature. To eliminate the other choices, particles don't necessarily matter in relation to humidity. heat is an effect of relative humidity. But, with water vapor, you have water in the actual air. This affects temperature as well as saturation.
