The problem asks how to simplify \[10^0\] basically the problem is asking to multiply 10 0 times so that would make it 0 and then you would do \[0^3\] so multiplying 0 3 times which is equal to 0

answer is 1 because anything to the power of 0 is 1. then 1 to the power of 3 is 1.
