i'll say hmmm 3% out of 5
you resume should be very neat no grammar mistakes
and it should be short
use best font /space/size so they can read it easily

It may help to have good Microsoft Suite Skills (Word, Excel, PPT) as these are basically just small things that add pluses all over your resume. Maybe a word per minute test acknowledgement. Dont forget the great communications part, as you will be the first impression of your company/business onto visitors or clients walking through the door/on the phone.
