a solution of inequality is the point which when put in inequality makes it a true statement see that the boundary of inequality is not solid ....it has gaps in it so the points lying on the boundary won't be considered as solutions the points that are in the shaded area are your solutions so the solutions are (0,0) and (-2,-2)
