PLZ HELP AND EXPLAIN... Each side of a square is (7 + 3x) units. Which is the perimeter of the square?

|dw:1444859651902:dw| the sides are all equal. The perimeter is th edistance all the way round. you can see that is 4 times the length of 1 side so perimeter = 4(7+3x)
