Julliard is a very nice college for what you seem to be desiring. Located in NY it is one of the best colleges to get in to. To get in you have to record a short mp3 file of you playing a song, and send it to them, and depending on how well they think you have played the given piece and the difficulty of the piece will determine whether you get in or not, and if you get to go in with a discount.
