Nearly everyone is saying it's C, but I absolutely KNOW that laws cannot become theories and theories cannot become laws, so that can't possibly be correct... I also know it can't be B because laws are supposed to explain WHAT, not WHY. And A is just stupid because science doesn't have to do with opinions at all. I put D, is it correct?
