first of all:
if line is going up (increasing ) then slope would be positive
if line is decreasing then slope would be negative
y=mx+B slope intercept form where m is slope and b is y-intercept

y-intercept is a point where line intersect y-axis
Nnesha (nnesha):
slope = rise over run
rise = how many units its going up from the y-intercept
run=how many units going to the right
