My thoughts run crazy through my head
My feelings bounce around my heart
All the possibilities
Could have been shattered by me
Your happiness is of utmost importance
Your kindness is what makes me smile
Your understanding is what keeps me going
Your intelligence makes me grateful
That someone out there understands
About all the pains and strife
That are part of this thing called life
And to think that I might have ruined it
A friendship with such a person as you
Brings me deep grief
Pain is just like a thief
Stealing away all pleasantness
In our everyday lives
I don't want to be another pain
To add onto your list of grievances
I just want to be there
To comfort you in the dark times
And to revel with you in the good times
This is my heart story
All stops pulled
I don't want to lose you
