The American system of government has devolved into a two party system where nothing gets done the reason for this is both the Republican party and the Democratic party are guilty of shutting down the other parties attempted reforms merely because they are from the other party...

There are a lot of different reasons reforming health care has been shut down so much... some of them good some of them bad but in the end what it comes down to is what America's system of government has become
