C or D, though I'm not positive which. Atoms are always in constant motion, but I'm not sure about the other options.

@unicorn_nips No, there is an absolute zero. This temp (absolute zero) is not defined in the same sense as our daily used C and F scales. Instead it is the point at which atomic motion stops, though it may be impossible to actually reach absolute zero.
