Dave slammed the door angrily and stormed out to his car. Another argument with his boss over vacation time. How could they expect him to meet every deadline, pull in a dozen new clients a year, and yet not give him the vacation time he had earned? On the drive home he got more and more angry about it. When he walked through the door, his daughters Kimmy and little Meg were waiting eagerly at the front door. “Are you ready Daddy? We can’t wait to leave tomorrow!” Before he knew what he was saying, he shouted angrily “No! I’m not ready! And we’re not going! You kids take everything for granted; well, this time you’re just going to have to deal with disappointment like the rest of us!” The little girls fell to pieces crying, while their mother looked at Dave in disbelief.
