2.10 World History project. One of the questions I'm asked is "How does this painting combine the style of the ancient Greek and Roman artists with that of the artists of the Middle Ages? Give examples." Though tons of people online seem to say that the armor is Greek and the flag is Roman, what exactly makes you sure about these? I just need to know what identifies aspects of this painting as Greek or Roman. Thanks ahead!

The armor is greek because they are known for their metallurgy skills (Ex. "Damascus Steel") They flags represent suopport. Which the Romans had because they had a large empire. Sound good? Or?
That makes more sense haha. Thanks! I just wrote the whole thing but I couldn't figure that answer out
