There are any trick to slove them easier I try to fold up mentally but it's confused me

Yeah! Okay, get a blank piece of paper and draw them 2D (flat) then cut out the pieces or fold them; either way works :)

Okay, well before you test. Practice shapes... ex. Rectangular prisms, cones, triangular prisms, etc.... Practice makes perf.

Yeah. It also works if you look at shapes around you. Like if you see someone with an iceream cone, unfold it in your mind and see what you get.
