Similarities of both Constitutions 1.a similarity they have is that they both have the same set up like with the preamble and it being split up into different articles 2. 3. Differences between Constitutions 1. a difference I think would be the Ohio one deals just with the state where the Federal deals with the whole country 2. the Ohio constitution doesn't carry as much weight in the rest of the states as the Federal 3
