Spanish 3, will fan and medal! So, it's basically just listening to a question and responding in a complete sentence, but since I can't upload the sound files [because it's on my school's lesson website] just tell me whether or not these are grammatically correct, please!! 1. México está sur de ciudad. 2. Ayer, estuve en mi casa. 3. Ayer, mi papá se sintió cansado. 4. No, no leí nada de ayer. 5. No, no creí en santa claus. 6. Ayer yo hice la tarea. 7. Mis amigos durmieron en mi casa ayer. 8. George (Jorge) Washington fue el primer presidente.

For the first sentence, I'm not really sure what it was saying in the recording, so I sent an e-mail to my teacher, but I've yet to get a reply.

OpenStudy (jennithemeani):

5. No, no creo en santa claus 6. Is not wrong but you don't have to put yo because the verb already tells you that you are using the yo form so you could just say 'Ayer hice la tarea' All the others are correct :)

1. México está al sur de la ciudad. 2 and 3 are correct, but you don´t have to put a comma after "ayer". 4. No, no leí nada ayer. 5. No, no creo en Santa Claus. (Use capital letters for proper nouns). 6 is correct. You can choose if you want to use the pronoun, as jennithemeani said. 7 and 8 are correct. Congrats!
