Which of the following types of electromagnetic radiation has the longest wavelength? Radio waves Ultraviolet waves Visible light X-rays
This might help https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/c/cf/EM_Spectrum_Properties_edit.svg/2000px-EM_Spectrum_Properties_edit.svg.png
I know but i don't know how to do it thats why i asked for help @jim_thompson5910
stuff on the very right has a short wave length the stuff on the very left has a longer wave length example: gamma rays have the shortest wave length (since it's 10^(-12) meters) while x rays have slightly longer wavelengths because they are to the left of gamma rays
btw Idk why but my notifications aren't working, so I didn't get that tag mention for some reason
longest wavelength \(\lambda\) is associated with a littlest frequency \(\nu\), due to this relationship: \(\lambda \nu=c\) where \(c \) is the speed of the electromagnetic waves in vacuum. Furthermore, from the spectrum of the electromagnetic wave, we can see that onde radio have the longest wavelength among the radiations you provided
oops.. onde radio is in italian, I meant Radio waves
Thank you very much!!!
