What \(\large \color{green}{y \ge -3 \frac{ 1 }{ 3 }}\) means is that y is greater than or equal to \(\color {green}{-3 \frac{ 1 }{ 3}}\)

Since \( -3 \frac{1}{3}\) is equal to \(-3 \frac {1}{3}\) it's actually the least possible value because there's number that can be greater than \( -3 \frac{1}{3}\)
