\[\frac{ 7 }{ b} * \frac{ 2 }{ 7 } = 1\] therefore: \[1 / \frac{ 2 }{ 7 } = \frac{ 7 }{ b}\] \[\frac{ 7 }{ 2 } = \frac{ 7 }{ b}\] If the numerators are the same, then the denominators are the same. b = 2
