The first step is to find yourself a couple of ads... Random ones, ones that are similar, it doesn't matter. Next, just free verse it. If your poem doesn't have to have a structure, free verse it the easiest, or simple rhyming :)

If it doesn't, then just use the simplest ads you can find. Like mentioned above, free verse might be the best option for this. It's just like writing a paragraph, except you're splitting it up into stanzas by the best way you see fit.
You really take all the creative license here. This is meant to be a fun exercise, not stressful. It's much simpler than you really think it is.
