hemophilia is an X- linked trait where X^H is normal and X^h is recessive allele for hemophilia. Gina is a carrier for hemophilia. She marries Mike who is healthy. Use punnet square to determine the odds that they will have a son with hemophilia and or daughter with hemophilia.

So the female has XH and Xh, while the male has XH and Y. In doing a Punnett Square with the female across the too, the 4 possibilities are in this order: XHXH, XhXH, XHY, XhY. They will never have a daughter affected by hemophilia (but they can produce a carrier female), however there's a 1 in 4 chance of getting a son with it. (Sorry about the late comment, I was working on it yesterday, but something happened and I couldn't work on it any more until just now)
