What is most likely to result immediately after a rainforest in Brazil is clear-cut?
Primary succession? or Secondary Succession?

I'm going to define both and let you decide. Primary successin always occurs first in an ecosystem, but only once. Say, a volcano erupts & forms an island. The resulting formation of an ecosystem in primary succession. Secondary succession is the "rebuilding" of an ecosystem after a disruption of some sort, most of the time caused by humans. Say, someone mows their lawn. After, they leave it alone for 100 years. Everything that's growing there after the 100 years got there as a result of secondary succession.
