I WILL FAN AND MEDAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Part A: Write the sequence of transformations that changes figure ABCD to figure A'B'C'D'. Explain your answer and write the coordinates of the figure obtained after each transformation. (6 points) Part B: Are the two figures congruent? Explain your answer

OpenStudy (kpop4life123):

1) reflect across the Y axis 2) shift down 4 units

OpenStudy (anonymous):

when you reflect it across the Y axis the coordinates are A' (4,4) B'(2,2) C'(-1,2) D'(1,4) then you transfer the whole figure down 4 units to get A' (0,4) B'(-2,2) C'(-5,2) D'(-3,4)

which one is this for ? @suppa_lova

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for the graph in the question that you posted after you made the thread

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You translate over the y axis and move the image 4 units down. The rule for this would be (x+4,y-4)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes it is congruent because it is the same shape and size and has all the same angles.
