Reflexive pronouns: A mí= me a tí = te a él/ella/usted = le a nosotros = nos a ellos/ellas/ustedes = les a vosotros = os Notice: Él/ella/usted se fue para la casa. se = reflexive pronoun for él/ella/usted in this case, because it 'reflects' the subject. Karina le regaló confites a Jaime. le = reflexive pronoun of Jaime, because the reflexive pronoun is 'reflecting' the indirect object introduced with an "a" (a Jaime). This happen because of this part of speech indicates the action of the verb is done for oneself, i.e., this action ‘reflects’ on the subject. In some cases, the action expressed is shared or reciprocal with another subject.
