What will be the tension in the rope that is pulled from its end by two forces 100N each?

Do you know what a free body diagram is? just take ONE end of the rope - what are the forces acting on that? 1: the applied force 2: the tension in the rope. If the system is static then those 2 forces are equal (and opposite) - so there is your answer
