The time has come for me to start writing my book after a month of planning, I'm so excited!!
Just want to know if anyone has any tips for me before I start writing. :]
Also I plan to publish it through amazon and I need cover ideas. What I mean is that I don't know how to make my cover. Like a picture or a drawing :/

Try to keep grammar and spelling as perfect as possible. That really kills people (including me) when I read people's stories that they self publish. Hopefully it turns out well for you :)

Go with the flow and every 3 chapters or so Go back and read because you won't have much to correct

@marico099 well it is about the supernatural lol. Um it deals with ghosts, magic, etc.. and its a bit dark (my book)

@lostintime a great place to publish your book for free and get feedback to see what kind of audience you have , what your readers like , what they don't like, meet new authors , develop a fan base that will actually BUY your book if you go on to publish it on amazon like you said ect. is www.wattpad.com i actually started to write my own book on there and the response i got was amazing . so check it out , it's really easy to use and you might really enjoy the experience

@marico099 There's a girl she's the main character and the POV in which the story takes place in. She has red hair and I thought of maybe drawing a girl with red hair but I suck at drawing xD

@word2 Hello! I know what wattpad is, I have used it in the past and it was not the easiest/best experience and I did not like it so I stopped. I do have friends and family members who have read my stories and they plan to share my book once I publish it through amazon so as of an audience I already have. Thanks for the input though.

@lostintime there are sites that you can post your stories for free. One is Wattpad the other is 20lines. I did mention it in another reply.
