OpenStudy (jalilforeal):

Based on the data in figure 1. is mixture c a homegeneous or hetergeneous mixture? Explain your answer.

OpenStudy (jalilforeal):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would say that It is Heterogenoues because it has layers, which says that you can easily identify differences in the mixture and and it separates when filter. Which says that the smaller particles would flow through while larger particles would stay behind. Atleast thats how I interpreted the data you provided

OpenStudy (jalilforeal):

Okay, thanks i am gonna ask another person so i can be sure that i have the wrong answer, if i do i will medal and fan you @SuperSurgeon365

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, I would have suggested the same thing. Hope you get through with the assignment. Thank you, I would appreciate it!

OpenStudy (jalilforeal):

NO thank you @SuperSurgeon365

OpenStudy (jalilforeal):

which of the mixtures in figure 1 is a solution? Explain how you know

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Was The first answer incorrect? @Jalilforeal

OpenStudy (jalilforeal):

No different question

OpenStudy (jalilforeal):

But it is correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would say that Mixture B is a solution due to the fact that it does not scatters light, you can't identify between the various layers and it can't be separated when filtered. But be sure to double check. I would hate for you to have gotten the answer wrong.
