How about an "office technology" section

Mainly to cater to users of office software such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
It is a different expertise from computer science and perhaps users will be better served.

I like this idea.

I like the idea of a general knowledge section as well, which is a catch-all. This way no question will fall through the cracks, or got stuck in all the wrong places.

With the evolving complexity of the set of office products, I still think an "office technology" section would benefit the community by the exchange of technical questions answered by specialized and qualified helpers.
