Directrix (directrix):

The two equations appear to be the same which means that they intersect in ever point. The two lines are coincident. That would mean infinitely many solutions because there are infinitely many points on a line. But, let's check before we decide on the answer.

Directrix (directrix):

3X + 2Y = 4 -6X - 4Y = -8 ------------- Multiply the first equation by 2 and you get: 6x + 4y + 8 Multiply by -1 and you get -6x -4y = 8 which is the same equation as the second.

There is only ONE line here.
