Clark is removing dirt from a rectangular section of his backyard to build a water feature. The section is 2.8 meters long and has an area of 9.8 square meters. 2.8x = 9.8 What is the width of the section of Clark's backyard?

Okay so the formula for area is length times width. (lw=a) So if you know the length and the area you could probably divide the area by the length to get your answer. Does that help you @StarLord1 ?
