I believe it may be organization, considering conventions mostly focuses on the correctness of punctuation, grammar, and spelling. Organization would cover a larger subject, and typically those things listed in the question. Not 100% sure though.

The first is conventions, for the reasons I stated previously. The second is the second choice, since it is the only one not detailing something in a morbid fashion.
