Ok! So what we have to do here first is, The transformation is (x+13),(y-3). Sooo What are the coordinates of T ? You first add 13 to the x coordinate of T and subtract 3 from the y coordinate of T. Take one point in JKLM and the same point translated into J'K'L'M', Let's say we choose point M. What are the coordinates of point M? Which is 1,9. However 1,9 would be M'. That's good bec we need it too. What are the coordinates of M before the translation? (6,4) M became M' (-6, 4) became (1, 9) right? The x-coordinate was -6 and became 1. What do you do (addition or subtraction) to -6 to become 1? The y-coordinate was 4 and became 9. What do you add to 4 to get 9? ------------------------------------- In conclusion to make this easier, your answer is T(6,−6)T′(6+7,−6+5)T′(13,−1)... (13,-1) is your answer!
