1.Article V 2."to decide who can be a Supreme Court justice." 3.the Supreme Court and the states.
its right there in article 5, "The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution"

The Constitution was made to give certain powers to each branch of government and to preserve the rights of the people. Not to decide who got to be the justices. Think man

If I am not mistaken,"...in order to form a more perfect union..." is something the constitution said. Or am I wrong like destroyer apparently?
