I tried to figure out the problem and I'm not sure what is wrong, normally you would do as I suggested, you would divide 539 by 273, but that gives you a number that once multiplied against 120, it doesn't really add to one of the answers that are shown, the closest it gets to is D, but... I can't really help you other than that.
