The slope of the perpendicular line on which the option points would have to lie is 5/4. Use the slope of a line formula to figure out which pairs of points in the options have a slope of 5/4.

slope=(y1-y2)/(x1-x2) perpendicularity means slope is the negative reciprocal of the original line in this case, I believe only the first and the last are perpendicular
