OpenStudy (anonymous):

You must have some guess even if its just a small educated guess. I'm sure you read your lesson before taking this quiz/exam. Openstudy is here to help and guide to an answer, not give you one, it is part of the Code of Conduct. Here are some sites to help you: http://study.com/academy/lesson/how-to-write-a-diary-entry-format-examples-ideas.html If this doesn't help sorry not a lot of sites on how to write a diary prompt, most of them just tell you how to write a personal diary.

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

lol its not a test

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

i am working on my assignment

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You still must've read the Hamlet story or whatever it is and the lesson... I can send you links on how to write essays and maybe you can switch that around into diary form but like I said all I seem to find is links on writing a personal diary lol.

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

i already read the hamlet just i am having trouble with writing the diary prompts because i never write it before

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

by the way did you read hamlet

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A while ago yes. Hmm let me see if I can find you some examples or links to help you.

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

lol why are you help me because you already know how to write it

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

i guess you are mean

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Because I can't give you the full on answer ]: I would but I have already gotten in trouble twice for giving someone the answer.

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

oh really so the rules are for important for you then the friend

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

more

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

ok fine

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well yes I have to follow the Code of Conduct or else I will get temporarily suspended and I don't know you so how can we be friends? Here are more of the rules if you must know: http://openstudy.com/code-of-conduct Okay for your assignment since you read Hamlet this shouldn't be hard. In the attached image is an example of how a diary could be written. For 1 you will write in Horatio's POV (point of view) you will pretend you are Horatio and you will answer the prompt which is asking you to talk about how he responded to seeing the ghost for the first time. For 2 you will write in Hamlet's POV (point of view) you will pretend you are Hamlet and express his (your) true feelings about his (your) uncle and mother's marriage prior (before) to learning of the ghost. For 3 you will write in Ophelia's POV (point of view) you will pretend you are Ophelia and you will talk about her (your) feelings like the prompt asked. For 4 you will write in Hamlet's POV (point of view) you will pretend to be him and answer the prompt that is given to you as if you were him. OpenStudy (anonymous):

Example: Have you ever read Julius Caesar by Shakespeare? If not that is okay. In the story his friend Brutus ends up killing Caesar... Now if my prompt was to write " Express how Brutus felt after killing Caesar." This would be my response: Sunday, 25 October 2015 6:00 P.M. Dear Diary, I am sad to announce that I did it, I killed Caesar. Though it was for the good of Rome I feel nothing but guilt. I, Brutus, have betrayed my friend. With Caesar Rome would have fallen so I did what was best for my country. Sincerely, Brutus.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's the best I can explain, I am truly sorry if it did not help. Wish you the best of luck and hopefully someone better can come around and help you. If you want I can tag people that could maybe help more in depth. :]

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

but in my diary there are so many different character so do i have to this with all of them seperately

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

@lostintime

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Because there are 4 different prompts, yes. I would write 5-10 sentence paragraph diary entries for each.

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

lol but my teacher want to me make my reaction on the horatio voice what you see during the play

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You should message me @MTALHAHASSAN2

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

@CallMeEmmie yes

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

look at my sir video

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ohh then yeah you write it in your own pov and one diary entry answering all 4 prompts. I believe that is what she is asking.

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

@lostintime plz watch that video

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hm I actually don't know if I am understanding what your teacher is asking of you but like I said if you want I can tag some people who might be able to help and if not I am sorry best of luck! Why what is the video?

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

its my teacher

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

in that video
