Those who will benefit the most will be everyone because this amendment will protect the people’s health and the government wouldn’t have to worry about teens doing drugs, since it would be illegal. Smoking and doing drugs can cause lung cancer, but since people wouldn’t be doing these drugs they would live a longer life than they would smoking and doing drugs.
