French Revolution When and where was the first phase of the revolution? Describe the first phase of the revolution .
hello! First, do you have any ideas as to the answer of this question?
I think it has to do with France, and the people against the king? Against what he stood for. I'm not certain on the details.
As for the date, I think maybe 1793 of the 1st phase?
Yes! :) The French Revolution was in France and started in 1789. Originally it started out as the general population rallying against the king because of extreme hunger and growth of the poor class, then it turned into a blood massacre and madame guillotine, then the last stage was a dictatorship by Napoleon Bonaparte.
Do you mind helping me a bit more, I have not a clue about much of the French revolution
Sure!
Name a key player in the first phase of the revolution and his or her role.
I was thinking maybe the king, But I'm not sure of his name or role all 100 percent.
King Louis! But you could always just do Marie Antoinette. One of the main reasons that the french revolution occurred was because her excessive spending through France into debt - which caused hunger and the widespread poverty.
king louis
*threw lol spelling
My other questions basically go to ask the same thing, For 2nd and 3rd phase now it ask, When and were they? Describe the significance of the 2nd and 3rd. I have not a clue. That is okay! I think you are really smart for helping me and nice. I'm very thankful.
I'm more than glad to help :) so you need to know when they lived and what? haha sorry little confused
I need to know, when it took place for the 2nd and 3rd phase and the significance of 2 and 3rd phase of the French revolution
2 and 3rd individually from each other
okay so the second phase started with the storming of the Bastille in 1789. Basically no law or control was held amongst the people and they rounded up aristocrats and supports of the royal family and beheaded them. The third phase began when Napoleon Bonaparte, After seizing political power in France in a 1799 coup d’état, crowned himself emperor in 1804. Shrewd, ambitious and a skilled military strategist, Napoleon successfully waged war against various coalitions of European nations and expanded his empire. However, after a disastrous French invasion of Russia in 1812, Napoleon abdicated the throne two years later and was exiled to the island of Elba. In 1815, he briefly returned to power in his Hundred Days campaign. http://www.history.com/topics/napoleon (got some of the napoleon stuff here)
