A. When Marijuana is legalized for adults in the same way that alcohol is legal, the government will need to figure out how to tax it, and people probably won't know where to but it. **I think this is red herring**

B. "Potheads" =criminals, so they are in no position to make legal arguments. **Ad hominem**

C. Marijuana should be illegal because pot smoking leads to use of harder, more dangerous drugs, thereby increasing crime. **slippery slope**

D. Marijuana is a drug just like crack or cocaine, and no one wants those substances legalized. **weak analogy**

E. Drugs are illegal, and marijuana is a drug, so it should remain illegal. **circular reasoning**
