I think, I'm not 100% sure, but i think #2 might be a noun clause
i think 2 is noun clause
i think #3 is adjectival clause
#5 will be adjective clause because it helps describe the forecasters prediction
#7 is adjective clause. ill see if i can find some one who will know the others.
