I got 0.5525. 

The chance that the emission is within permissible level is 65% or 0.65 and the accuracy of the carbon footprint calc is 85% or 0.85. So if the emissions are within permissible levels and the machine has a 85% chance of being acurrate, or in this case calculating that the emission levels are permissible. Then the probability that the carbon emission from the manufacturing unit is within the permissible level, and the test predicts the same outcome
is 0.65 multiplied by 0.85.
