parker and joe are both convicted of breaking into a house and stealing possesions inside. however, becuase Paker has never been in trouble before and did not personally remove and property himself, he recieves a list of conditions that he must follow and afficer to whom he will report for three years of supervison. If he completes the conditions and reports as he should, he will not go to prison. Joe, on the other hand, has a long criminal record and is sentenced to two years in prison. Joe, however, only serves nine months before he is out early for good behavior which of the statements true

Well the first one describes Parker being on probation. but the second one i would say is missing some thing once he gets put of prison on good behavior he would probably get put on probation. So i would say the first one is ture. but im not 100%
