Its impossible to form a united europe because:
(1)leadership-:every organisation or union needs a leader.if this union(united europe) is formed,which country will the leader come from.Because every country will want the leader to be from their place. So there's definately gonna be leadership problems thus there cant be a united europe.

(2)Management-:managing such a large union will require a lot of money and considering the current financial status of the euro zone,no country is ready to spend huge sums of money to finance such an union(united europe).

So it is practically impossible to have a united europe. Even the european union is falling apart.

The romans started out fine but when they became power-thirsty,they started gaining many empires . The empires became too much that the romans couldn't even control them and the empires started to fall apart.

The European union should learn from what happened to the romans.
