OpenStudy (blow_pop2000):

Which of the following is most appropriate in measuring the mass of a cow; kilogram, gram or meter? HELP!!!!!!!!!! I WILL MEDAL AND FAN!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If I asked you, whats your mass, what would be your answer?

OpenStudy (blow_pop2000):

kilogram right?

OpenStudy (blow_pop2000):

because i dont think gram or meter is correct

OpenStudy (blow_pop2000):

Kilogram is used to measure the mass of larger objects.

OpenStudy (blow_pop2000):

Gram is used to measure the mass of small objects

OpenStudy (blow_pop2000):

meter is used to measure objects longer than a ruler.

OpenStudy (blow_pop2000):

so i think yea the answer is kilogram

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@blow_pop2000 Yes, it would be kilogram. Meter is the SI unit for length, so that doesn't make sense here. Gram is a possibility, but you'll end up with over 1,000 grams, which is just a kilogram. The notation for kilogram would be easier to use.

OpenStudy (blow_pop2000):

well thank you alot XD i gave u a medal and became a fan
