(Real Analysis) Problem below regarding a cluster point and a quantifier proof. More info below.

OpenStudy (mendicant_bias):

\[\text{The sequence} \ z_n=[1+(-1)^n]n^2 \ \text{has one cluster point, c.}\]\[\text{State the value of c and give a quantifier proof.}\] I'm not even sure in the first place what quantifier definitions I should be using, and I really don't firmly have a grasp on what giving a "quantifier proof" means. Just giving quantifier definitions in the proof, or what?
