You can use GIMP, but if you'd really like to you can find cracked versions of Photoshop but I am in no way endorsing this and I feel you shouldn't as you should support the developers of Adobe Photoshop.

Adobe photoshop is just awesome .. u can have a trial for 30 days . it's worth it .
